The Harvest Celebration is a yearly gathering of Community Food Initiatives supporters, donors, and community members invested in the future of food security. In 2018 we are mixing things up! Instead of a sit down dinner, guests will be treated to heavy hors d'oeuvres and scrumptious desserts! We will also be having a silent auction in the Sauber Gallery of the Dairy Barn. Read more below for details.
All proceeds from ticket sales, the silent auction, and donations will go towards developing future programming for Community Food Initiatives. Ticket prices are listed below, under "Purchase tickets."
The 2018 Harvest Celebration will be held at The Dairy Barn Arts Center (8000 Dairy Barn Lane, Athens, OH) from 7pm to 9:30 pm on Saturday, October 13th, 2018. The event will take place in the Sauber Gallery and include entrance to the inaugural WideOpen juried photo exhibition.
The event will feature live music by Old Sport.
Food for the evening will consist of gourmet seasonal flair featuring offerings from Pork and Pickles. There will also be a dessert buffet by way of Fluff Bakery. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be plentiful.
We will have a Cash Bar for alcoholic beverages.
